Without seeing the car, $20,000 sounds good to me if you can't do it yourself or at least a good part of it.
The aftermarket has discovered Mopars and suddenly there are a lot of good sheet metal parts being stamped, AMD is one vendor. Legendary has some fine interior pieces at a fairly reasonable cost, Just Dashes can redo your dash if needed, Auto Instruments can redo your gauges if needed. Year One has a tremendous amount of Mopar parts.
I suggest you subscribe to a Mopar specific magazine such as Mopar Muscle or Mopar Action for a start. Both have great how-to articles and more vendors than you want to count. Stay away from Car Craft, Hot Rod, good mags but both Chevy oriented.
Plan on the project taking a while, getting dirty, mashing a finger or two, cuts, bruises, being sore from standing on your head trying to do something, but the satisfaction is tremendous when you can say "I did this or I did that" or you hear someone say that is a great looking car.
