If you own an LX Platform car (Charger, Magnum, 300) and like to do minor or even major maintenance tasks and repairs yourself then this book is a must. Covers mostly everything needed.
Covers the basics - same as the Haynes

This is a well written book that covers the basics of automotive maintenance on the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger and Dodge Magnum. Basics meaning drive train, suspension and electrical. If you are looking to replace your sunroof motor you will be out of luck.

It should be noted that this book is letter for letter for letter the same as the Chrysler 300, '05-'07 (Automotive Repair Manual). The images are all the same as well. The only difference is in layout. The Haynes manual has a more compact layout. I prefer the Chilton layout, hence the extra star.

I have used Chilton's books in the past, and I always get a manual with every new car I buy. This was a great deal on a new manual. Delivery was on time. What more could you ask for?.

I have never purchased a paperback repair manual before and can only hope the manual can withstand some wear and tear. The procedures are adequately written but the pictures are difficult to see. This manual is made of the cheapest paper possible which may shorten the life of the manual and makes the photos hard to see.
