I'm looking into taking my grandpa's 1970's dodge charger r/t and totally restoring it interior, engine, and exterior. Whats the cost look like to do this? Some of my buddies have said thousand but i want more opinions on this

my fav muscle car is definitly a tie between a 1970 dodge charger and an oldsmobile 441 ive been looking to buy a muscle car lately but there so expensive i cant even find a non restored one for under 5k
